Portugal. The Man's newest album features fifteen fiercely transcendent vignettes. The band calls the collection 'Censored Colors' - side one is a half-dozen single tracks, while side two consists of a long suite of compositions, segued together into one seamless presentation. "We've always wanted to make a really heavy record mellow," reveals Portugal. The Man's John Gourley. "And I think this time we did it." The album hits stores in Germany, Austria & Switzerland September 5th, 2008. The band's back in Europe a few days later to play with German label-mates Saboteur on selected dates.
